Job duties:Confer with clients, gather and evaluate business requirements, translate requirements into functional design specifications. Manage and monitor business systems and processes, review system capabilities, modify and enhance systems and processes to improve workflow, integrate systems to increase compatibility, prepare design documentation, test computer systems/processes, perform gap analysis, generate reports, and provide technical support.

Technical Systems Analyst- Participate in all phases of the development life cycle, engage in all aspects of Planning, defining, documenting and implementing the proposed system changes and enhancements.
